Roland Achtel is the founder of Achtel Law Firm, APC, a law firm devoted to the practice of business and estate law. Within the firm, Roland focuses on business formation, business contracts, business disputes, trusts, wills and trust disputes.
Legal Experience
Prior to forming the Achtel Law Firm, Roland was an associate with the esteemed law firm of McCormick Barstow Sheppard Wayte and Carruth, the leading law firm in central California. He also clerked for the California Court of Appeal, Fifth District in San Diego and the San Diego Office of the District Attorney.
Prior Professional Experience
Roland’s experience prior to joining the legal profession includes being a small business owner and a business account executive.
Education
Roland received his Juris Doctorate from the University of San Diego School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from California State University of Fresno.
Volunteer Activities
Roland is an active volunteer with the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Association. In the past he has also served as a mediator through the San Diego Municipal Courts.
